- New York. This is just plain awesome.
What happened is last year, I was nominated for the PTPLP (look at reason 2) by my school. One year later, I’m finally heading to Columbia University in New York for the summer program. But my parents, being awesome, decided to take the whole family along for a holiday. There might be UPSR and SPM for us this year, but who cares? Holidays come first.
I’ll be missing about 2.5 weeks of school. Am I worried? A little… but hey, New York is awesome.
There’s a hell lot of luggage we’re bringing along. 4 big bags of luggage (parents, brother + me, sister + miscellany and my PTPLP luggage) as well as our own carryon luggage. Most of my carry-ons is electronics… electronically, this is the list:
- DSLR
- Lumix Point-And-Shoot
- Sony Handycam
- Creative Zen Vision
- iPods
- Handphones
And of course, all the chargers associated with the devices.
I’ll be taking lots and lots of pictures :) This blog will be updated with lots of stuff, but whether I have time to do it in NY or I’ll do it next month remains to be seen. Hope you all have a wonderful holiday, because I’ll certainly be having one.
