Well… it’s Merdeka again. And even though our politicians seem intent on destroying this message…
Not a healthy one, but certainly very productive. It has some problems though. First, I start to feel sleepy about 3-4 pm. Easily solved with a quick powernap on the way home. The 10-15 minute nap keeps me awake until I bathe, and then I’m fully awake until nighttime.
So now my holidays. Despite my best attempts to waste the entire night online playing, I feel sleepy by 12.30. Then I wake up at 7am. Worst of all, I just woke up from a “power” nap which took about 150 minutes.
It’s as if my body is tired and energetic at the same time. Perhaps I should drink some Powerthirst.
